Water quality testing begins at $125, but you may add dozens of specific testing for any water quality concern.
Septic Dye
Septic dye testing begins at $100, which is a dye operational stress test.

A 15-minute overview of the inspection highlights begin at $50.
Well Inspection
Well inspections begin at $100 and includes pump components, flow (GPM), pressure ratings, etc.
Radon
Radon testing begins at $150,
which is a 48 hour test to monitor
the levels of radon exposure.
